Dr. Eric M.J. Cabris
Art Historian and Archaeologist
Dipl. Conservator-Restorator, VDR
Studied Art History and Archaeology at the Free University Brussels and Restoration of Oil Paintings and Old Frames at the Vlaamse Hogeschool voor de Beeldende Kunsten in Brussels. After his studies, he taught Art History and Archaeology in Singapore, HongKong and Amsterdam. In 1996 he published the first architectural history of the Théâtre Royal de la Monnaie / Koninklijke Muntschouwburg (the Belgian National Opera House) in Brussels ( see LIBRARY under section ESSAYS ON ART ).
